Some alluring star power contributes here, with nothing high grade but most vintage entries in the respectable VG neighborhood. A 1962 Topps Lou Brook rookie card is crease-free and VG with some peripheral (corner/edge) wear and a definite highlight, while Don Drysdale's second-year '58 Topps card has light stains on the reverse and is otherwise VG-EX. Aaron (VG) and Mays (G) All-Star issues from '59 are joined by Snider (G+), with Maris (G) and Ford (G+) amid six from 1960. Whitey's '61 issue is VG and followed chronologically by '62 Topps cards of Mathews (EX) and Spahn (VG+), with a '64 Maris at G. Notable '69 reps are Seaver (VG-EX) and a Rollie Fingers RC (VG+), with "Tom Terrific" also featured in a small stack of O-Pee-Chee examples; three #300 '70 OPCs are EX, VG+ and F. A '68 OPC Mays (EX), a '75 Gary Carter RC (VG), a '78 Eddie Murray RC (VG-EX) and an '83 Ryne Sandberg rookie (EX-MT) are most noteworthy among the rest, with obvious trimming to a '71 Thurman Munson card. Just over two dozen Ken Griffey Jr. cards lead the modern portion in numbers, although we do not spot anything too exciting, with a couple of Michael Jordan '94 Upper Deck baseball rookie cards and Derek Jeter dupes from '94 Upper Deck (4) and Bowman (3) also mentionable. Check out our images, with some appealing old cardboard/legends worthy of consideration.
