Historical Hockey Memorabilia Auction Spring 2021
This lot is closed for bidding. Bidding ended on 6/30/2021
Spending eight memorable season in Philadelphia which included seven All-Star selections and winning the Hart Memorial Trophy in 1995, Eric Lindros also notched a number of NHL milestones in record time, including being the fourth-fastest player in NHL history to score both 300 and 400 points. From his final days in the City of Brotherly Love, we have a signed stick used by the superstar in the late-1990s, with this model seeing use in 1998-99 and 1999-00. A Bauer Supreme 3030 model, “E Lindros” is stamped to the shaft with “1” handwritten, with the original white but now slightly yellowing tape remaining in place over the blade and handle. Great game-use is exhibited, with wear to the blade including the underside and chipping along the top edge, with a few marks and surface abrasions to the shaft. There is also minor tape residue visible on two areas of the shaft. Lindros has added a silver paint pen signature to the toe section of the blade that displays well.
