With his legendary career immortalized and his memory living-on through the prestigious trophy named in his honour, Maurice Richard is ready for inclusion within your prized collection, with this original Montreal Forum single white #9 seat signed by the legendary superstar. Removed from the famous arena after the final game was played, on March 11, 1996, the seat is approx 35” in height and sports a full colour Habs logo over the seat back’s upper right, with the original number “9” stenciled in red. The Rocket has signed the seat back over the left in black marker, with the later-in-life signature displaying nicely. The seat’s legs both sport embossed red Habs' logos with “1924-96”, with two 24” metal runners on each side serving as a base.
The seat rest remains tear free, with a small single circular blemish, with the white finish over the front of the seat back remaining clean, with just a few surface chips visible, mostly along edges. There is also wear to the metal runners.
