Gaining pre-NHL seasoning with a pair of seasons spent in his nation with Dynamo Moscow, Andrei Markov skated in parts of 16 seasons in Montreal with the Habs, his only NHL club, and concluded his career in the KHL with Lokomotiv Yaroslavl, in 2019-20. This Canadiens alternate captain’s jersey was worn by the skilled defenceman in 2014-15, and feature’s the important Jean Beliveau memorial patch. A size “56” CCM label is affixed to the collar with handwritten “2” (second set), with NHL and Reebok crests on the front and back necklines respectively. Featuring the famous CH team crest partially-embroidered, the white V-neck has been accented with tri-colour tackle twill sleeve and verso numbers, with “Markov” across the nameplate in single blue twill. The Jean Beliveau memorial patch resides just above the right breast. The team patch (A03465) sits on the inside hem, while a hologram numbered “GU04381” from the Canadiens has been affixed to the reverse “9”, with an LOA to accompany.
A few dark marks are visible over the front band, with a bold stick mark present on the left elbow. The sleeves have also been customized, with velcro added within each cuff.
