Veteran defenseman Mario Marois’ 1989 Team Canada game-worn jersey is from a silver medal effort at the IIHF world championships in Sweden. Marois contributed four assists in 10 games for Canada, which went 5-2 in the first round and won two of three in the final round, losing only to the Soviet Union, which went undefeated in Stockholm to claim gold. This red and white light mesh gamer with sublimated graphics has Tackla and size XXL flag tags in the collar. Game wear shows in black marks on the front tail and the custom-shortened sleeves, which also display some board burns. Included are circa 1989 world championship Bo Berglund Sweden and circa 1993 world junior championship signed Joel Bouchard team-issued jerseys.
Berglund was a teammate of Marois’ with the Quebec Nordiques in the mid-1980s. His blue and yellow light mesh Sweden game-issued jersey has Tackla and size XL flag tags in the neck.
Bouchard signed in bold black marker above the sublimated Canada logo on his white and red light mesh game-issued jersey with Tackla size XL tagging in the neck.
