One of the greatest players ever produced by the Soviet Union, Igor Larionov enjoyed a lengthy career in both Russia and the NHL which included a trio of Stanley Cup championships along with HOF induction, in 2008. Sergei Nemchinov earned a pair of Stanley Cup championships while winning numerous gold medals with Russia internationally, and starred as teammates with Larionov for three seasons with CSKA Moscow in the early-1980s. This signed Team CCCP jersey was worn by Nemchinov in the Igor Larionov farewell game, played in Russia on Dec 13, 2004, where a team of former Red Wings playing for “Team World” took on well-known Russian NHL players. With no labeling present and measuring-out to roughly a size 56, the team crest and reverse number are fashioned from textured twill, with “Nemchinov” sublimated over the upper reverse. The star has signed within the reverse “2”, with the signature displaying well. The jersey shows just light game-use, with a few faint burns visible. Originating from Igor Larionov’s personal collection, his signed LOA will accompany.
