Historical Hockey Memorabilia Auction Fall 2020
This lot is closed for bidding. Bidding ended on 10/20/2020
Enjoying a lengthy career that included appearances for six different NHL clubs, Lucien DeBlois then lent his hockey expertise to scouting after his playing days, first with Anaheim from 1998 to 2005, and then with Vancouver from 2005 to 2016. Awarded for Vancouver’s status as Western Conference playoff champions in 2010-11, we have the Clarence Campbell championship trophy originally presented to Lucien DeBlois. At 11” in height, the silver-plated handled cup with removable lid and chased detailing sits atop a hexagon-shaped 3-inch wooden base and is engraved “Lucien DeBlois – Vancouver Canucks – 2010-11” on one side, with the name of the trophy and its "1968" year of inception on the other. The trophy remains in absolutely stunning like-new condition – possibly never removed from the included Boffey bag and NHL box that the trophy was originally presented in until now. A signed LOA from Lucien DeBlois will accompany.
