An instant game-used collection, we have a group of six pucks, with each used to score Montreal Canadiens goals during the 2008-09 NHL season, with the four pucks used to score goals in a winning 4-1 contest against Chicago on March 31st, along with a pair of pucks used to score the two goals in a losing 5-2 match vs Toronto, on March 21st. The goals in the March 31st game were scored by Kovalev, Latendresse, Markov and Chris Higgins, while the goals in the March 21st contest were both scored by Maxim Lapierre. Each puck has tape applied to the side with handwritten particulars, with holograms from the Canadiens affixed to each along with matching COAs to accompany.
The breakdown for each March 31st puck is as follows; First goal – scored by Kovalev at 0:25 of the first, with just light wear exhibited, with hologram numbered “610410” affixed; Second goal – scored by Latendresse at 6:12 of the first, with just light wear exhibited, with hologram numbered “306396” affixed; Third goal – scored by Markov at 15:52 of the second, with moderate wear, with hologram numbered “232424” affixed; Fourth and final goal – scored by Higgins at 16:43 of the third, with light wear including a small chip, with hologram numbered “830791” affixed. The pucks used in the March 21st game include; First goal – scored by Lapierre at 12:50 of the second, with light to moderate wear to the NHL logo, with hologram numbered “678629” affixed; Second goal – scored by Lapierre at 15:52 of the second, with a single cut near the NHL logo, with hologram numbered “516287” affixed.
