Historical Hockey Memorabilia Auction Fall 2018
This lot is closed for bidding. Bidding ended on 11/6/2018
Agreeing to a one-year, two-way contract with the Winnipeg Jets in the summer of 2018, netminder Laurent Brossoit has spent previous seasons moving between the Edmonton Oilers and their affiliate Bakersfield Condors. We have a pre-rookie Oilers jersey worn by the BC native in 2015-16, where he appeared in 5 regular season games. An Elite label and “58” size tag sit along the collar, with NHL and Reebok crests on the front and back necklines respectively. Styled with the classic Oilers team crest, the air knit V-neck has been accented with tri-colour tackle twill sleeve and verso numbers, with the farewell to Rexall Place patch over the right breast. Thorough use is exhibited, with numerous puck and stick marks over the front and sleeves, with the team crest remaining clean. A patch from MeiGray numbered “M0224” sits on the inside hem near the team patch, and according to their population report, the garment is a "White Set 1, w/ Rexall Place Farewell Season Patch" example.
