Historical Hockey Memorabilia Auction June 2018

An honoured past member of both the NHL and St Louis Blues, Red Berenson has appeared at different alumni-type events, even serving as the Blues’ alumni coach at the 2017 Winter Classic. Originating from his personal collection, we have a trio of jerseys that were worn by the coaching legend at different events, with a pair of Blues examples – one worn while past #7s were honoured on March 7th, 2011 – the other, while coaching the aforementioned Blues’ alumni at the 2017 WC. Lastly, we have a Detroit Red Wings jersey that was worn by Red while taking the ceremonial first puck drop at the 2014 Bridgestone NHL Winter Classic Alumni Game. A signed LOA from Red Berenson will accompany.
The Wings jersey feature’s CCM size “56” labeling, with vintage-style tackle twill “D” team crest and sleeve and verso numbers in matching material, with “Berenson” across the nameplate in single red twill. The Blues’ jersey from the Winter Classic also has CCM “M” tagging (size 48), with tackle twill identifiers and the 2017 WC Alumni Game crest over the right shoulder. Finally, the Blues’ jersey worn while honouring past number 7s is a throwback style with “Vintage” labeling from Custom Crafted (size 56) with tackle twill identifiers and the “Salute to #7” crest over the right breast. All three jerseys remain in gorgeous condition with no issues.
