Strike up Hartford’s old Brass Bonanza goal song because Geoff Sanderson’s 1995-96 Whalers game-worn jersey exhibits solid game wear! Sanderson’s 34 goals and 65 points were second on the ‘95-96 Whalers behind HOFer Brendan Shanahan. There are four material-backed team repairs, including two on the front tail and two on the left sleeve, among the 11 team repairs on Sanderson’s white home gamer, which also exhibits pilling inside the sleeves and under the right arm. CCM and size 52 flag tags in the back of the neck are sewn over by nameplate stitching. Custom Crafted “Official Hartford Whalers 2nd Set 1995-96 Season” team stamp sits inside the rear tail. Comes with an LOA.
CCM logo and NHL crest are embroidered on the right rear tail. More game wear shows in board burns on the front tail and sleeves, and an orange-colored mark on the front of the upper right sleeve. There is a reddish-brown stain on the bottom of the rear of the right sleeve cuff. There is a reddish-brown stain in the middle of the “O” on the right side of the nameplate, which is faintly yellowed compared to the rest of the jersey’s white air-knit fabric.
