The Philadelphia Flyers went back to their roots in the fall of 2008 to say goodbye to the Spectrum. Simon Gagne wore this gamer with the “Spectrum 1967-2009” patch sewn on the right breast for the Flyers’ two pre-season games in their original home arena, a 4-2 win over Carolina on Sept. 27, and a 4-2 loss to the AHL Philadelphia Phantoms on Oct. 7. The alternate captain’s “A” is sewn on the left breast and a CCM size 52 flag tag sits in the back of the neck. MeiGray NHL Game-Worn Jersey 2008-2009 Season patch sewn inside the rear tail. Game wear includes a light board burn on the left sleeve and a few marks on the white twill of the “1” on the back. Comes with a Flyers LOA.
