Historical Hockey Memorabilia Auction February 2018
This lot is closed for bidding. Bidding ended on 2/27/2018
Penguins forward Rob Brown had a very memorable 1988-89 season in Pittsburgh with career highs in goals (49), assists (66) and points (115). Brown’s 1988-89 Penguins gamer is a black road set 1 jersey with a Maska flag tag in the back of the neck and Century Sports and CCM logos embroidered on the rear tail. Rubberized Penguins crest on the front has held up nicely with a few little cracks. The rubberized number 44 on the back has a bit of loss to the yellow vinyl, which has curled up from the white background in a few areas. Nice game wear includes board burns on the sleeves, red paint transfer on two areas of the right sleeve, and black marks on the sleeves and front tail.
