Historical Hockey Memorabilia Auction Fall 2017

Czech standout Petr Sykora competed for the Stanley Cup an impressive 6 times, with victories occurring in 2000 with New Jersey along with in 2009 with Pittsburgh. This Penguins Set 3 home jersey was worn by the 1st round draft choice in 2007-08. Size tagging is affixed to the collar, with embroidered NHL and Reebok crests on the front and back necklines respectively. Styled with the Pens team crest that saw use from 2002-2016, the solid black V-neck has been accented with textured tackle twill sleeve and verso numbers, with the Pittsburgh 250th anniversary crest over the right sleeve. Game-wear is abundant, with marks, burns and paint transfer, along with heavy pilling in spots. There are also a number of team repairs situated over each sleeve. We should also note that the white sections of the jersey have slightly darkened. The team patch sits on the inside hem below the Dana Heinz (equipment manager) signed fight strap, with an LOA from the Penguins organization to accompany.
