Historical Hockey Memorabilia Auction Fall 2017
This lot is closed for bidding. Bidding ended on 11/7/2017
The 1st overall selection at the 1971 NHL Amateur Draft, Guy Lafleur has been the recipient of the Hart (twice), Art Ross (thrice) and Conn Smythe Trophies, along with an impressive 5 Stanley Cups. We have a signed stick used by the HOFer during the early-to-mid-1980s. A Sher-Wood PMP 5030 model, “Lafleur” and “10” are present but faded on the upper shaft, with the original black tape over the blade and white over the handle/knob. Guy has signed across the taped handle, with the signature blending into the material somewhat. Good game-use is exhibited on the “Feather-Lite” lumber, with wear to the underside of the blade, along with a few marks to the lower shaft.
