Another in the line of remarkable players to don the scared maple leaf, Wendel Clark would spent 13 seasons in Canada’s largest city, captaining Toronto from 1991-94. This Maple Leafs jersey was worn by the rock solid forward in 1997-98. Center Ice and Nike size tagging is affixed to the collar, with additional embroidered Nike and NHL crests on the back bottom hem. Featuring the classic Leafs team crest, the jersey also sports vintage-style alternate patches over both shoulders. The garment has also been accented with dual-colour twill numbers along with custom-shortened sleeves and fight strap, with the alternate’s “A” in single twill. The team patch sits on the inside hem, with an LOA from the Leafs along with a COR from MeiGray to accompany.
Game-wear consists of just a few marks present on the lower front and sleeves, with board burns along with a few small resulting holes around the left elbow. A few marks are also present on the reverse numbers.
