Awesome 1980s look of the Philadelphia Flyers shows in perennial all-star Brian Propp’s signed 1982-83 game-worn home jersey. Propp reached the 40-goal mark for a second straight season, going on to score 425 goals and 1,004 points over the course of his 15-year NHL career. He has signed along with the notation “Guffaw” and his familiar number 26 in black marker on the upper left portion of the orange and black doublet twill “6” of the numbers sewn on the back. Sandow SK logo is screened in white on the right rear hem and the SK and laudry instruction flag tags remain in the neck. Great game wear includes 10 team repairs, black marks and board burns. A great Flyers gamer worn by one of their most consistent offensive producers of the 1980s. Comes with MeiGray Vintage LOA and COR.
There are five team repairs on the left sleeve, including one on the narrow black band above the black cuff. There are four more sewing fixes on the right sleeve, and another on the left rear tail, and all team repairs are consistent with those done by the Flyers equipment staff of that era, as per the MeiGray Vintage LOA. There are board burns on both sleeves and a distinctive black mark on the orange mesh on the back of the left sleeve sits between the black cuff and the black band. There are a few light reddish-brown stains on the both sides of the front tail, and a few light black marks below the gorgeous multi-twill Flyers crest sewn on the front.
