A Stanley Cup winner with Carolina in 2006, goaltender Martin Gerber would see action with a number of NHL clubs throughout his career including Ottawa, Toronto, Edmonton and Anaheim. This Ducks jersey was worn the Swiss-born star in 2003-04, and it’s been photo-matched. “Goalie Style” along with size tagging sits affixed to the collar, with CCM and NHL crests on the back neckline and bottom hem respectively. Styled with the “embossed” Ducks team crest in use from 1993-2006, the “White 2nd Regular Season” jersey has been accented with tri-colour tackle twill numbers along with matching alternate logos over each shoulder. Visible game-wear consists of a few dark marks present, with examples beneath the left shoulder and on the left sleeve near the elbow. There is also some light staining to the right sleeve near the elbow, and some light pilling along the collar. As previously stated, this garment has been photo-matched. Getty images 53082785 and 53082784 from Feb 2nd 2004 have been matched to the two partially washed out black marks on the left shoulder, while Getty image 53082816, also from Feb 2nd, has been matched to the two washed out black marks on the right breast. A MeiGray patch numbered B00339 has been placed on the inside hem, and a matching LOA will accompany.
