Historical Hockey Memorabilia Auction October 2016
This lot is closed for bidding. Bidding ended on 11/9/2016
The end of a remarkable era, the 1933-34 NHL season would be the original Senators last. Beginning as the Generals in the late 19th century, Ottawa was later known as the Silver Seven, and finally, the Senators. This program hails from the clubs last season, before reemerging in 1992-93. Produced for a game against the Rangers, the substantial 6” x 9 ¼” program features photos and bios for each Ottawa player, with the center line-up page intact. The cover exhibits a common vertical crease, with corner and spine wear along with some light staining. The interior shows areas of toning, along with the odd crease. There is also some spot rusting to the staples.
