Historical Hockey Memorabilia Auction November 2015
This lot is closed for bidding. Bidding ended on 11/3/2015
Highly collected despite only icing a team for two NHL seasons, the Cleveland Barons eventually merged with the Minnesota North Stars in 1978. This Cleveland Barons ring originates from team trainer Gerry Dean. With an approximate weight of 25 grams and size 9, "Jostens 10K" has been stamped on the inside band. The head features a centralized Barons logo encompassed by a bright red stone surrounded by “Cleveland Barons NHL”. Both upper shanks feature an embossed generic player flanked by ivy as well as a scroll with “Trainer” in the left side scroll and “G. Dean” in the right. In beautiful condition, the ring shows just honest wear from its intended use with no major flaws to mention. An LOA will come with this gorgeous Cleveland Barons team ring.
