There's never been anyone quite like Yogi Berra, a unique mangler of the English language and one of the greatest catchers of all time. A man who played in 18 All-Star games, was a 13-time World Series champ, ultimately inducted into Cooperstown in 1972, and who coined, among other things, the absolutely true statement that "It's never over till it's over". Offered is a 1960s New York Yankees game-used cap from an unknown player, which dates from later that Berra was with the team, which is signed by him. The vintage cap displays the embroidered "NY" on the front, while inside is a "KM Pro Cap" patch sewn onto the leather interior headband along with size "7 1/4". The inside plastic of the bill has cracked, a handwritten "8" and stains are on the bottom of the bill, while on the top, Yogi has signed his name with pale silver marker.
