Historical Hockey Memorabilia Auction November 2015
This lot is closed for bidding. Bidding ended on 11/3/2015
Memorabilia from the career of The Golden Brett is always special, and this lot is no different. Up for your consideration we have a pair of Louisville TPS gloves game-used by Brett Hull that have been signed from the mid-1990’s, and we also have an Easton Aluminum stick that was game-used by Hull also in the mid-1990s during his time with the St. Louis Blues. An added bonus with this lot is a pair of Louisville TPS pants that were game-worn in the mid-1990s by a St. Louis player.
Details for the available Brett Hull game-used items in this lot are as follows;
1 – Louisville TPS gloves. In St. Louis Blues colours, Louisville TPS model gloves have “BB” handwritten inside along with chain-stitched “Hull”, there’s also a custom reinforced palm on the right glove which is a common trait with gloves worn by Hull. Brett has signed both on top of the thumb guard in blue marker, and they both possess perfect signatures. In excellent condition, each glove shows wear on the palms as well as a few stick marks.
2 – Easton Aluminum stick. With the original tape job on the blade and upper shaft as well as gauze-style tape on the knob, “Hull” has been stamped onto the wooden Christian blade. This stick exhibits just very light use, with a solid and undamaged blade.
3 – Louisville TPS pants. In St. Louis blue, Louisville TPS model pants with handwritten “52”, they have matching TPS logos with additional Blues patch on the lower left leg. Worn by an unknown player, the pants show heavy use with a few small holes as well as wear and light staining to the interior.
