Historical Hockey Memorabilia Auction November 2015

Currently placed third on the all-time goals list with 741, Brett Hull was never one to live in his famous father’s shadow, having carved out one of the greatest NHL careers ever. We have here a game-used TPS stick and game-worn Eagle gloves, both used during the early-2000’s while Brett was with the Detroit Red Wings. In gorgeous condition, with just light use on both the stick and the gloves, this pair will make for a formidable display.
The TPS composite game-used stick is in excellent condition, with just some wear to the shaft from contact with other sticks. The black tape remains on the blade, as does the red gauze-style tape that has been applied to the upper shaft and knob. “JJC” and “Hull” has been stamped onto the upper shaft, along with a “W-0017C” factory code. The Eagle game-worn gloves are in near-pristine condition, with both “J.J.C.” and “Hull” embroidered onto each glove, at the top of each cuff. Brett has added a super dark and bold black marker signature just above the thumb area on the left glove.
