The classic Minnesota North Stars color scheme of the late 1980s is wonderful to behold on Terry Ruskowski’s signed game-worn jersey. Ruskowski signed his full name in black marker on the upper left green twill portion of the green and gold double twill number sewn on the back with black thread outline stitching. Maska Air-Knit flag tag remains in the back of the collar and there is clear evidence of the outline of a removed alternate captain’s “A” on the left breast. Because of the lighter wear associated with this circa 1988 gamer, it was most likely worn by Ruskowski in 1988-89, when he played his final three NHL games, rather than the previous season. Comes with an LOA.
Game wear includes four team repairs on the green stripe on the right sleeve, and one on the white stripe blow it, a small black thread sewing fix near the left cuff, a few faint but long diagonal black marks on the front tail, a bit of blue paint transfer on the left front hem, a few reddish-brown spot stains on the left rear tail, and board burns and marks on the sleeves.
