Historical Hockey Memorabilia Auction November 2015
This lot is closed for bidding. Bidding ended on 11/3/2015
While countless players have worn the “CH” over their century plus of existence, we have here four game-used sticks from notable Habs including Pierre Mondou, John LeClair, Joe Juneau and Brian Savage.
1 – Victoriaville stick game-used by Pierre Mondou in circa 1980-81. With the original tape job on the knob and blade, "Mondou" is stamped below the knob with handwritten "6" above, and the back upper shaft has handwritten "6? or G”. Game-use is present with wear to the blade and a few black marks on the shaft.
2 – Sher-Wood Feather-Balanced model stick game-used by John LeClair. The original tape job on the knob and blade (some tape removed from blade) is in place, "LeClair 17" is stamped below the knob, and the stick has been signed in thin silver sharpie, but apparently not by LeClair.
3 – Easton Synergy model stick game-used by Joe Juneau. With the original tape job on the knob, the tape has been removed from the cracked but solid blade, and it’s been signed on the heel of the blade in black marker. "Juneau" factory graphics appear below the knob, with just light game-use present.
4 – Itech Pro Shaft model stick game-used by Brian Savage. With the original tape job on the blade and gauze-style tape on the knob, "Savage" is stamped beneath the knob, with just light wear to the shaft to report.
