Enjoying a decade-and-a-half in hockey that included winning the Swedish Championship in 1984 with AIK, Tomas Nord first represented his nation with the U20 team in 1977-78, followed by time spent with the national team in 1978-79. This vintage jersey worn while representing Sweden in the late-1970s has been attributed to the Landsbro native. A Sportsjohan label is affixed to the collar, with the jersey measuring-out to roughly a size 48. Featuring a rubberized team crest, “3” appears over the sleeves and verso in matching material, with advertising over the upper reverse (there is evidence of a former nameplate that was placed over the advertising). Showing nice use, the jersey sports wear to the identifiers, with some of the stitching loose over the sleeve striping bands. Two team repairs are also visible on the right elbow. An LOA from Classic Auctions will accompany.
