A product of the Moose Jaw Warriors and selected in the first round of the 1996 NHL Entry Draft by Montreal, Matt Higgins spent parts of four seasons with the Habs before additional time in the AHL and DEL. This Canadiens jersey was worn issued to the Calgary native in 1999-00. Pro Player and size “56” labels are affixed to the collar, with Pro Player and NHL crests over the reverse hem. Styled with the most famous team crest in hockey, “46” is sewn to the sleeves and verso in layered tackle twill, with “Higgins” across the affixed nameplate in single white twill. The NHL 2000 crest is also sewn just above the right breast. Issued but never worn, the jersey remains in gorgeous new condition. An LOA from the Montreal Canadiens will accompany.
