The Islanders were the reigning Stanley Cup champions in 1980-81, and they played like it. Clarence S. Campbell Bowl trophy was presented to HOF goalie Billy Smith, who went 22-10-8 with two shutouts as the Isles claimed Campbell Conference honors with an NHL-leading 110 points. Silver-plated trophy with a removable lid stands 11" tall, including a 3-inch high six-sided wood base. "Bill Smith New York Islanders 1980-81" is engraved on one side of the two-handled bowl, while "Clarence S. Campbell Bowl 1968" is engraved on the other side. Beautifully preserved with very light spots of tarnish, this magnificent award from the Islanders dynasty years comes with Billy Smith’s signed LOA.
