Historical Hockey Memorabilia Auction Winter 2014

It’s always a great thing when we can photo-match a game-worn jersey, and Todd Marchant’s 2002-2003 Edmonton Oilers gamer is just that, with a wicked mark along the team crest matching up to our enclosed photo. Tagged in the collar as a size “54”, this Marchant game-worn jersey has his alternate captain’s “A” on the breast along with the “Rigger” patches on each shoulder. Marks are scattered about, including the aforementioned photo-match, along with others scattered about the front, the back, on the nameplate, and on both sleeves, including paint transfer on the right elbow. The team crest shows some puckering, as do the back numbers, and sewn on the inside hem is a 2002-03 MeiGray registry patch. Marchant had his finest NHL season in 2002-03 notching 20 goals and adding 40 assists during the regular season.
