The Toronto Argonauts made it 15 Grey Cup wins in 2004 when they beat the B.C. Lions 27-19 in Ottawa. This spectacular 10K gold and diamonds creation by Intergold is an Argonauts 2004 Grey Cup championship ring. Quarterback Damon Allen claimed MVP honors as he rushed for a pair of touchdowns and passed for another in the 92nd Grey Cup Game at Frank Clair Stadium which put the Boatmen back on top of the CFL. “Grey Cup” and “Champions” are spelled out in raised gold on the upper and lower bezel of this magnificent championship bauble with a tableau filled with 71 real diamonds. Six diamonds are set in the right bezel while five of six remain in the left bezel, which is missing a diamond from the empty setting at the bottom. A total of 15 dazzling blue stones are set around the raised “A” team logo filled with 25 diamonds in the middle of the tableau. The right shank displays the Argos logo beneath a “Pull Together” banner with the modern CFL logo to the right and “131 Years” at the bottom, all in relief. The left shank displays Grey Cup 2004 and the final score between “Baker” at the top and “Scout” at the bottom. “William C. Baker Jr.” is engraved inside the size 10 3/4 band, which also displays the “10K Intergold” stamp. The ring weighs about 55 grams and comes with its original wooden presentation box. Clearly worn with pride as evidenced by a few dings on the bottom edge of the “Champions” lower bezel and surface scratches and nicks on the ring. An LOA will be included.
