Intriguing duo of antique lumber is highlighted by a heavy club-like weighted stick that was used by a left handed shot. Ancient black tape is still present at the butt end, on the lower shaft and the tip of the blade. With no markings other than numerous puck and stick marks on the lower shaft and blade, the circa-1910s stick appears to have once had a paper label on the upper shaft. With a thick blade and in great, solid shape, it is joined by a youth-size stick made out of a softer, lighter wood which is curved at the lower shaft and would have been a "righty". Rather crude production is also solid without cracks and never had any tape applied. Two fascinating additions to a vintage stick collection.
