Historical Hockey Memorabilia Auction Winter 2014

Four-time Stanley Cup champion Emile "Butch" Bouchard's formidable cream-colored Montreal Canadiens cotton team jacket dates to the era of his first two titles in the mid-1940s. Historic Habs jacket displays a fantastic chenille patch on the left breast with "Canadiens" in script and "NHL" on the tail below and crossed American and Canadian flags patch sewn on the upper right sleeve. The original buttons are intact with red, white and blue elastic collar and waist, stretchy knit cuffs, and a size 46 flag tag below the Lippman's of Detroit tagging in the back of the neck. A small hole just below the back of the collar, some light stains, a couple of red marks and a tiny hole on the back do not diminish this awesome jacket's display. Comes with Butch Bouchard's signed LOA.
