The Montreal Canadiens went all out in their centennial celebrations with a variety of throwback uniforms that included this “1915-16” style. This photo-matched 2008-09 Canadiens retro jersey worn by All-Star defenseman Andrei Markov has the “CA” crest that the Habs wore on their sweaters in their first Stanley Cup season. This awesome centennial gamer is photo-matched to the long loose white thread in the middle of the “CA” team crest by Getty Images photos #85585144 and #85585035 taken on March 21, 2009. Canadiens “100” 2008-2009 Game-Worn Jersey patch is sewn inside the rear tail and “2” is written in black marker in the back of the neck above the size 56 flag tag. Comes with an LOA.
Light game wear includes a tiny slice on the lower white stripe on the right sleeve and a faint mark low on the right side of the “9” sewn on the back, which has a Canadiens hologram sticker applied at the bottom.
