Historical Hockey Memorabilia Auction Fall 2012

A Lightning 10K gold and diamond ladies' pendant is featured in this lot of Bolts items from Wayne Cashman's personal collection. The name of Wayne's wife, "Lyn", is engraved on the back of this magnificent pendant, which is identical in style to the tableau of Cash's Lightning 1992-93 Inaugural Season ring. Two diamonds are set in the bottom corners with "NHL" in raised white gold between them and "Tampa Bay Lightning" arched around above the lightning bolt set on a black stone on the face. The Lightning logo is displayed within a shield on a 14K gold piece of jewellery, likely a brooch or pendant as there appears to be a piece missing on the reverse. A pair of souvenir Lightning opening game tickets, four signed postcards and various Bolts pins round out this lot, which comes with Wayne Cashman's signed LOA. 10 Lightning pins include one large pin and nine smaller ones plus gold-coloured brooch with skate, Lightning logo and hockey stick and puck pendants;
Four Kash n’ Karry Lightning postcards with glue and paper remnants in some corners are signed in blue marker by Marc Bergevin (3) and Denis Savard;
Two souvenir sleeves each include one oversized Lightning October 7, 1992 opening game ticket for the team’s NHL debut against Chicago.
