This delightful 1974 NHL All-Star Game gold ring was presented to Wayne Cashman to commemorate his participation in the league's mid-season showcase. Representing the East Division, he made his first and only All-Star appearance in the 27th annual game in Chicago. Cash earned a spot on the team as a Second Team All-Star for the first half of the 1973-74 season in voting conducted by the NHL Writers' Association but the Boston Bruins' presence could not stave off head coach Scotty Bowman's 6-4 loss to the West at Chicago Stadium. From Wayne's personal collection, this All-Star Game gold ring displays an alluring purple stone set in the face. The NHL shield is displayed on one shank while the opposite shank has a similar shield with "All-Star 1974" inscribed within. Cash's initials are engraved along with "10K" inside the band of this size 10 gold ring which displays expected light surface marks and scratches from proud wear. Unique and distinctive NHL All-Star Game ring comes with Wayne Cashman's signed LOA.
