Historical Hockey Memorabilia Auction Spring 2021

The first time in history the baseball world bowed to non-American champions, the Toronto Blue Jays famously captured back-to-back World Series titles in 1992 and 1993. Thanks to Dave Winfield, David Cone, Mike Timlin and all the boys in blue who prevailed in the fall of 1992 to win it all, members were presented with fabulous championship rings to call their very own. Originally presented to a front office employee, we have a 1992 Toronto Blue Jays World Series Championship 14K gold and diamond ring. Size 8 ½ and featuring 17 diamonds on the face, nestled on and around the Jays logo, encircled by "World Champions 1992" on the edges of the bezel. One shank of this precious ring displays the raised wording "Toronto Blue Jays, 1992 World Series, Canada's 1st", while the other shank shows "Kornreich" above the classic American League logo, with numbers "4.028.318" below. The inner band is stamped "Tiffany & Co. 14K 585", with the ring sporting a weight of approx 35 grams. Accompanied by its original Tiffany & Co box, the ring exhibits scratches and small dings to the outer band and along edges, with a few scratches also visible to the interior band. Some additional wear along the shanks is also present.
