This lot is closed for bidding. Bidding ended on 11/1/2011
This blue mesh New York Rangers game-worn jersey dates from the 1987-88 season, Pierre Larouche's NHL swan song. According to Larouche, this Blueshirts gamer from his personal collection is the last jersey he wore while recording 12 points in 10 games as he called it a career, with 395 goals, 427 assists and 822 points to his credit in 812 regular season games. Surname letters are sewn directly on the jersey, which has had a nameplate removed. Gerry Cosby label is sewn into the back of the neck and the CCM flag tag has size "50" written on it in blue ballpoint. Red and white mesh band inserts are sewn into the jersey with the white sections exhibiting light stains throughout on this lightly-worn gamer. Comes with Pierre Larouche's signed LOA.
