Historical Hockey Memorabilia Auction Spring 2021
This lot is closed for bidding. Bidding ended on 6/30/2021
Seeing action while representing our nation during the mid-1980s, we have a Canadian National Team jersey with use attributed to J.J. Daigneault in 1984-85, and Martin Bouliane in 1985-86. Mostly detached CCM labels grace the collar along with a born-on date tag of “85 01”, with the jersey measuring-out to roughly a size 50. Featuring a textured Hockey Canada team crest, “15” is sewn to the sleeves and verso in layered tackle twill, with “Bouliane” across the affixed nameplate in white twill. The jersey also sports evidence of two former nameplates. Heavy use is immediately visible, with numerous black marks, scrapes and pulls, with team repairs over the front (3), reverse (1) and sleeves (20).
