Great souvenir of the highest point to date in L.A. Kings history is Luc Robitaille’s game-used stick from the 1993 Stanley Cup final against the Montreal Canadiens. Robitaille scored three goals and added two assists, his five points second for the Kings only to Wayne Gretzky’s seven in the five-game loss to the Habs. Robitaille signed in black marker across the front of his white tape job on the blade of his Christian wood blade insert. “Robitaille” is stamped on the front of the insert and “L.A. Kings” just above the heel, while the notations “Final Mtl” and “1993” are written in black marker on the back. Sher-Wood shaft, with “Sher-Power” printed on the other side, has “Robitaille” and “702” labels affixed to it and retains Lucky Luc’s white tape knob. This historic L.A. Kings Stanley Cup final game-used stick comes with Luc Robitaille’s signed LOA.
