Gretzky finished his remarkable career with an astounding 50 three-or-more-goal games including two seasons with ten or more hat tricks! The first of these ten trick campaigns came during the 1981-82 season when he broke Mike Bossy's previous record of nine. The milestone came on March 17, 1982 in an Oilers 10-4 home win against the Penguins. Gretzky finished the night with five points and the record which stands to this day. The official Oilers NHL Inglasco hat trick goal puck was plucked from the net that night and later mounted (with tape) onto a 7"x 9" wood display plaque that has a pre-drilled wall mount hole in the centre. A brass plate with laser engraved black text captures the details of this great moment in Gretzky and Oilers history. From the archives of the Edmonton Oilers with a team letter of provenance signed by General Manager Kevin Lowe.
