Historical Hockey Memorabilia Auction Spring 2020
This lot is closed for bidding. Bidding ended on 6/16/2020
From just his third NHL season where he registered 94 points in 82 regular-season games, we have a puck used by superstar Mitch Marner to score his 12th goal of the season, which also served as his 53rd career goal, from the Dec 22, 2018 game vs the Rangers. Plotted into an empty net at 19:40 of the third to put the Leafs up by two, the unassisted goal insured the victory, with Toronto winning at home, 5-3. An official game puck showing nice game-use with Leafs and NHL logos, tape has been added along the side with the particulars handwritten including the date, score and Marner’s #16, with a Real Sports decal also affixed. The puck will come in a Leafs’ “Collector’s Item” case (with NHL decal) with paper insert listing all of the important details, sealed in the original plastic bag with a bar code price label affixed from the Leafs’ team store.
