Historical Hockey Memorabilia Auction Spring 2020
This lot is closed for bidding. Bidding ended on 6/16/2020
Awarded the Jack Butterfield Trophy as the MVP of the 2018 Calder Cup, Andreas Johnsson spent eight seasons with Frölunda HC before making his NHL debut with Toronto in 2017-18. Hailing from that very season where he appeared in nine contests, we have a Leafs helmet worn by the Gavle native, and it was acquired directly from the club. A CCM model in Toronto’s classic royal blue, Leafs decals appear over each side, with “18” over both the forehead and lower reverse. The interior padding, strapping and Bauer visor are all intact, with a bar code price label placed over the interior from the Leafs’ team store. Nice use is exhibited on the head gear, with numerous scratches and surface abrasions visible. An LOA from the Maple Leafs will accompany.
