A product of the London Knights, Max Domi was drafted 12th overall by Phoenix in 2013 and spent a trio of seasons with the club before being traded to Montreal for Alex Galchenyuk, in the summer of 2018. This Canadiens Set 2 road jersey was worn by Domi in 2018-19, from Dec 6, 2018 until Jan 18, 2019. An Adidas band with “54” sizing appears along the inner collar with handwritten “2”, with NHL and Adidas crests on the front and back necklines respectively. Styled with the famous and sacred CH team crest, the white V-neck has been accented with tri-colour tackle twill sleeve and verso numbers, with “Domi” across the affixed nameplate in single blue twill. Obtained directly from the Montreal Canadiens, the team patch (A06932) sits on the inside hem, while a hologram numbered “GU24244” from the Canadiens has been affixed to the reverse “3”, with a team LOA to accompany matching both numbers.
Exhibiting heavy game-use despite the front and team crest remaining relatively clean, there are numerous burns and scuffs over each sleeve, with a bit of red paint transfer near each elbow section. There are also single material-backed team repairs within each lower sleeve. Getty Image #1075444752 (Dec 28, 2018 vs Florida) has been matched to the stick mark visible on the upper reverse of the left sleeve and specifically it's length and placement, to the two marks lower down the left sleeve, and to the additional marks and their specific pattern and placement next to the seam on the lower left sleeve just above the cuff. Next, Getty Image #1074609368 (Dec 22, 2018 vs Vegas) has been matched to the stick mark visible on the upper reverse of the left sleeve as well as to the mark over the verso to the left of the numbers, and specifically to the size, shape and placement of both marks. Finally, Getty Image #1074487610 (Dec 20, 2018 vs Arizona) has been matched to the stick mark visible on the upper reverse of the left sleeve as well as to the mark over the verso to the left of the numbers, and specifically to the size, shape and placement of both marks. The image is also matched to the mark visible near the left sleeve's elbow.
