The 30th captain in the storied history of the Montreal Canadiens, Shea Weber is one of the game’s most stalwart defenders, with a plethora of hardware garnered by the British Columbia native internationally with Team Canada. This Canadiens Set 3 road jersey was worn by Weber in 2018-19, from Feb 14, 2019 until April 4, 2019. An Adidas band with “58+” sizing appears along the inner collar with heat-pressed “3”, with NHL and Adidas crests on the front and back necklines respectively. Styled with the famous and sacred CH team crest, the white V-neck has been accented with tri-colour tackle twill sleeve and verso numbers, with “Weber” across the affixed nameplate in single blue twill. Obtained directly from the Montreal Canadiens, the team patch (A06968) sits on the inside hem, while a hologram numbered “GU24251” from the Canadiens has been affixed to the reverse “6”, with a team LOA to accompany matching both numbers.
Exhibiting great game-use, there are a few large stick marks over the lower front, with red paint transfer over the lower right sleeve and blue paint transfer near the left cuff. There is also a small slit over the lower right sleeve along with a material-backed team repair just below the right sleeve’s number. We should also note that a pair of velcro fight straps have been added to each side of the jersey.
