Representing his native Switzerland on the international scene for over two decades, Mark Streit appeared for four different NHL clubs throughout his career which included captaining the New York Islanders for a pair of seasons. This Canadiens Set 1 road jersey was worn by Streit during the 2017-18 NHL pre-season. An Adidas band with “56” sizing appears along the inner collar, with NHL and Adidas crests on the front and back necklines respectively. Styled with the famous and sacred CH team crest, the white V-neck has been accented with tri-colour tackle twill sleeve and verso numbers, with “Streit” across the affixed nameplate in single blue twill. The NHL centennial patch also appears over the right sleeve. Exhibiting light game-use, there is a large and faint stick mark visible beneath the team crest, with a few additional random marks visible. Obtained directly from the Montreal Canadiens, the team patch (A05614) sits on the inside hem, while a hologram numbered “GU22180” from the Canadiens has been affixed to the reverse “2”, with a team LOA to accompany matching both numbers (we should also note that the LOA erroneously states "2016-17" instead of the correct 2017-18).
