Drafted by the Canucks in the 1990 NHL Entry Draft, Slegr played for Vancouver from 1992-93 to 1994-95 before playing eight other seasons in the NHL with the Oilers, Penguins, Trashers, Red Wings, Canucks (again) and Bruins. Jiri's white knit Vancouver jersey is by CCM with "S294" added in black marker to the back of the Maska Ultrafil tag in the neck where a size 54 fly tag also appears. Everything is sewn-on, including the Canuck Place shoulder patch on the right shoulder, and CCM and a NHL shield logo on the back hem. The sweater has a pair of team repairs on the right sleeve and black slash marks and game marks on both sleeves and front of the jersey. The left sleeve exhibits dried-up blood stains, starting on the shoulder down to the cuff, with more showing on the back of the jersey with good pilling noticeable on the inner sleeves and heavy pilling behind the team’s crest. Comes with an LOA.
