The record holder for most NHL wins by a European-born goaltender, Henrik Lundqvist has spent his entire career on Broadway with the Blueshirts, with the five-time All-Star earning the prestigious Vezina Trophy, in 2012. This photo-matched New York Rangers “Heritage” jersey was worn by the Swedish superstar in 2016-17, specifically from Oct 19, 2016, to Dec 23, 2016, according to the accompanying LOA from Steiner. A “Goalie Style” label and “58” size tag are affixed to the collar, with NHL and Reebok crests over the front and reverse necklines respectively. Styled with “New York” placed diagonally across the chest in individual red-over-beige tackle twill letters, “30” appears over the sleeves and verso in matching material, with a Rangers’ 90th anniversary crest over the right shoulder. The “Set 1” team stamp resides over the fight strap, with the players with their numbers then retired by the Rangers also honoured on the jersey, with each number added to the inside hem. A team bar code has also been added just above the collar labeling, with a hologram numbered “240388” affixed to the collar label from Steiner.
Showing light game use, there are a few random dark marks visible, including over the lower front and within each sleeve’s striping band.
