Historical Hockey Memorabilia Auction Spring 2020
This lot is closed for bidding. Bidding ended on 6/16/2020
One of the purest goal scorers of his generation, Ilya Kovalchuk was still starring for the NHL’s now-defunct Atlanta Thrashers when his country came calling and asked him to play for them at both the 2010 Winter Olympics and 2010 World Championships. He served as team captain at the latter event and racked up 12 points over nine contests. Offered here is a beautiful Nike 2010 Russian National Team jersey with tackle twill team crest and numbers which has been boldly signed on the back on the number 7 in blue sharpie by Kovalchuk. Please note that the signature exhibits minor bleeding. This item comes with a Classic Auctions LOA and will look fantastic displayed in your home or on your back!
