Leading an undefeated Canadian women’s squad to the gold medal at the 2006 Winter Olympic Games in Torino, Hayley Wickenheiser is one of the most decorated of all female hockey stars, with four consecutive gold medals won while representing Canada. Selected as the "Most Valuable Player" of the tournament as well as "Best Forward", this Team Canada jacket was worn by Wickenheiser at the opening ceremonies, and it’s been team-signed by members of the gold medal-winning Women’s Canadian national team. Produced by Hudson’s Bay with “L” size labeling over the collar, “22 Wick” has been handwritten in blue ballpoint. Featuring embroidered Olympic rings along with a rubberized Canadian Olympic Team crest and patriotic graphics, 21 have signed the reverse in thin black ink, with most adding medal-winning notations. Signers include Hayley, along with Agosta, Campbell, Botterill, Labonte, Small, Goyette, Apps, Ferrari, Hefford, Kellar, Kingsbury, MacLeod, Ouellette, Piper, Pounder, Sostorics, St-Pierre, Sunohara, Vaillancourt and Katie Weatherston. The signatures display wonderfully with no issues, with light wear from use to the jacket.
