Historical Hockey Memorabilia Auction Spring 2020
This lot is closed for bidding. Bidding ended on 6/16/2020
The legendary dynamo named the greatest Toronto Maple Leaf of all-time, Dave Keon, and the superstar regarded as hockey's greatest left winger, Bobby Hull, combine here, with Keon's coveted 1961-62 Parkhurst rookie card offered in crease-free condition. Light wear at the four corners and a small dark spot in the middle of the (not-rubbed-with-a-coin) punch line on the back are to mention; we see it as an attractive VG-EX example. The Golden Jet's 1969-70 Topps card #70 meanwhile received an appealing mark of NM-MT 8 from PSA many years ago. The back of the Keon RC informs of his 20-goal, 45-point rookie season that helped him win the Calder Trophy in '60-61, while the write-up on Hull names him as hockey's "glamour boy" and mentions his nine First All-Star Team appearances and his two NHL MVP awards. Two revered Hall of Famers await your collection.
